Commitment to the goals of our clients.

llop-gestió de l’esport work to satisfy what our customers seek, whether from the perspective of service users as from the standpoint that the City Council hires. We want to know what goals are pursued by the City Council we work with, what things are satisfactory and which not , how new needs have been resolved, etc. because we know that llop-gestió de l’esport manages PUBLIC sport utilities owned by the City Council that contract. If was the case that we didn't understood or known what wanted to get the City Council hiring the services managed by us, we'll could find a top quality service but an unhappy customer.

Quality understood as the intention of making things better standing, but mostly to make them more like our clients want, adapting to what is asked of us. llop-gestió de l’esport has a Quality Plan in which we define what is the value proposal to our company so that City Council hired as service users. VALUE PROPOSITION guides all of our Quality Plan and it defines the attributes that bring quality of our services.

- Commitment to Service

llop-gestió de l’esport is oriented towards its customers to satisfy their needs. We work "together with" our clients and we listen to ensure that we solve their needs. We never work "against" our customers. They are commonly damaged relations between the bidder and councils that have contracted to the point that suffers the service provided to users. This is not the way that  llop-gestió de l’esport works, quite the opposite: we want to provide service to customers and establish relationships that are profitable and generate synergies, and in any case we want to spend fruitless confrontations that contribute nothing to anyone and that in turn affect the services provided to end-users of services.


 

- Trust

Is not possible to achieve the  most relevant aspects of our MISSION without working from trust. llop-gestió de l’esport work constantly to achieve this kind of relationships understanding that are the basis for resolving the problems that surely will be appearing. This is the best basis for generating synergies resulting on a better service every day. The City Council that works with us has assured our willingness to establish a relationship of trust.
