llop-gestió de l’esport is strongly committed to training. We have always believed in training as a professional improver. Whatever job he holds the worker will need to have a Lifelong Learning Plan, which initially will receive training to develop the service right in the way of llop-gestió de l'esport and later throughout working life, will receive different formations, always aimed at satisfying the needs of users of our services

Renew it with new activities that appear in the sector, if necessary. 4. Train employees regarding their relationship with the user. Provide resources necessary to relate them in different situations. 5. Renew it with new techniques, products, materials and machinery, if applicable. 6.
